Inksmoor will deliver this service to our clients so we still remain the point of contact for you, the client.
Reporting
Clients will receive reporting at a frequency that suits them. Inksmoor’s bespoke reports can be manipulated to suit the clients needs. In addition all of Inksmoor’s clients will receive complimentary access to Recovery-Online.
Recovery-Online
Inksmoor’s Recovery-Online software is a portal for clients to instruct new cases and access their recovery status and progression. It gives you the ability to view the recovery notes and current position as well as the ability to generate your own reports. This tool is available 24/7 for your convenience through a secure login.
Costs
If Inksmoor debt recovery services agency are successful in recovering the debt, we will take a commission which is based on the overall value of the debt. If unsuccessful we do not charge a commission for our recovery attempts. Each case is assessed on its own merits taking into consideration the industry, age and size of the debt(s) and is costed accordingly.
