Inksmoor is a flexible lender, we try to make our process as effortless as possible, to help ensure businesses secure finance in a timely manner. All businesses introduced to Inksmoor must complete the below step by step process in order to access one of our flexible invoice finance facilities.
The process is set out in a way that allows Inksmoor to understand our customers’ business in as much detail as possible to ensure that the facility offered is right for them from commencement.
Firstly, we will arrange a new business call. This is the single most important meeting to take place with the prospect. We aim to gain a thorough overview into the prospect’s business, understanding its history and gaining an insight into its future aspirations, but also to learn details about the product/service offered. After this meeting we will request specific documents, with this we can verify that the details discussed are accurate. Following this our team will issue structured terms outlining the key features of the facility.
Once terms are agreed, we will undertake an internal due diligence process to gain approval for the facility which may include a visit to your trading premises.
Once the final assessment has been completed a legal pack will be issued, with instructions provided for easy completion. Alongside this we will request for an up to date Sales ledger and validate the outstanding invoices you would like to pass to us for funding. The verification process should not take longer than a day or two.
After the invoices have been approved, you’ll be notified by your assigned Client Manager as to the monies available for you to draw down and then funds are transferred to your business from the verified invoices. Now the facility is live your business will have an ongoing direct connection to the assigned Client Manager their job will include ensuring excellent customer service.
